Our goal is to provide high-quality energy saving solutions and experiences through consultative sales and communication with customers in our retail settings.

In the Renewable Energy Sales Associate role, we providing training for our all team members to be experts in all things energy, renewable, and clean focused. Our intention is for the Renewable Energy Sales Associate to advance into a supervisory role, while simultaneously growing our clean energy, smart technology, and wind power clients.

Renewable Energy Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Educate current and potential retail customers about products and their benefits of going green and energy focused
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing customer accounts, customers needs, and following retail service progress 
• Service existing accounts, obtain schedules for future energy service orders and establish new customer contracts
• Recommend changes or upgrades to services by evaluating results and recent developments on existing accounts 
• Adjust content of sales presentations by studying ongoing market changes and specific territory trends based on the energy source available 
• Stay up to date on current service pricing, new products, and delivery or work order schedules
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications of the Renewable Energy Sales Associate:

• Experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, and written
• Familiarity in working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking, evaluation, and analysis abilities
• Experience in a leadership position is preferred and highly regarded
